6. Delays and Force Majeure
AMWA LLC will not be held liable for delays caused by:

Delays on the client’s end in providing required materials or approvals.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.
Upon termination, any work completed up to the date of termination will be billed accordingly, and all pending payments must be settled.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding the fulfillment of services, both parties agree to:
Attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations.
If unresolved, pursue mediation or arbitration as a means of resolution before taking legal action.
